Please Fill Out Our Repair Form to Get Started

How Our Repair Process Works:

1. You fill out an RMA form (above). Once we receive the RMA form we'll provide with shipping instructions and an RMA#
2. You ship your controller to our facility. Upon arrival we'll notify you of receipt
3. We'll go through your controller and fix the issue. **please note, controllers that have lightning damage/mouse damage are not able to be repaired**
4. We send you an invoice for the repair
5. We ship your repaired controller back
